View/Transform Properties tutorial update

The View/Transform Properties (written) tutorial has been updated slightly to take into account a change recently introduced to Blender whereby "Spacing:" is now "Scale:". If you're looking to make the switch from 2.49 to the new versions be sure to read it before deciding on a change as the differences can be quite confusing.
