The way to tell this is a scam and/or spam (aside from actually having an account in the first place!) is to move the mouse over the URL links contained in the mail to reveal what the underlying html link is rather than the visible 'text' (this depends on your mail client). Legit mail should be from;
- battle.net
- blizzard.com
- [countrycode].blizzard.com, e.g. us.blzzard.com or eu.blazzard.com
Not
- us.battl1e.net.loginenen.net
