Overbright light entities in Doom 3 and Quake 4

Sometimes changing just the colour of a light won't make a light bright enough so using the a light entities "Properties" (select light, press "K") in QuakeEdit (Radiant), it's possible to alter the parameters to make them 'overbright'. Works for Quake 4 (and Doom 3) maps only.
