Can you please do a female IMVU Neck Tattoo Tutorial?

I really need a female neck tattoo, but making a tutorial incompasing the arms, torso, hands, etc would be wonderful.

A tutorial on creating a tattoo mesh or just the texture? (obviously both are needed for a mesh tutorial but not for a texture-only tutorial!)

I guess a mesh?  And then export it to imvu as a new IMVU product, so that you can put any texture on it in  IMVU.
I can make the texture for it once we get it into imvu.
And if you want would supply that for the tutorial(s)
