automatically scaling clothes item when a shop brought scaler is used

Hi all , just a quick note after  spending way to much time on my  first deved mesh for a pair of jeans . is there any way for them to automatically scale with  and mesh scalers people add to there avatars . like a hip or thigh scaler . ty in advance for any tips .

So long as you weight paint the clothing the the skeleton so it deforms the way you'd normally expect the mesh will 'automatically' scale when someone uses a scaler. Basically you don't need to do anything special to accommodate scalers, just make the item as normal.
