For Help & Support with your Workshop Account (not issues following/understanding workshops), send a PM (Private/Personal Message) to "kat" briefly outlining the issue encountered. To do this click "My Messages" at the top of the forum, then mouse over "Messages" clicking "New Message" when the menu option appears. In the "To:" input box, type "kat", write your message below then click "Send Message".

Alternatively, send a normal email to "" with details of the problem encountered,  your KatsBits forum user name, and/or any other details that might assist.

In both instances please ensure a valid email address is used, your account is set to notify you on receipt of message, or you check your inbox to ensure replies get through.

Please allow between 24 & 48 hours respond time.
