To install multiple versions of Blender download the ZIP archive version, NOT the *.exe self-installer, and unpack or extract the files to a directory of choice. Windows 10 includes basic archive management so selecting a ZIP file behaves like a directory. For newer versions of Blender (2.8 and above).
