View and Transform Properties in Blender

Brief explanation on where the "Transform" and "View" properties panels of 2.49 (or below) have been moved in newer versions of Blender (2.50, up to and including the latest versions).

Sorry no, that was from the YouTube mod that allowed vids to be plonked into the post. It broke when the forums was updated and I've not yet found a replacement.
