Topic: 2.57+ Tutorial updates

The "Make a simple chair" Blender Basics tutorial has been updated to take into account the changes to the material management system in Blender 2.57. The section that explains the use of and how to make and apply multiple materials to a mesh had to be updated to included the new information. And assuming the Blender Foundation doesn't change things around again at some point in the future, the tutorial now covers 2.56+/- and 2.57+ versions of Blender. The update has also been carried over to the PDF available in store.
