Title: IGDA Advisory on Amazons AppStore T&C/ToS

I've not had a thorough look at the Terms & Conditions Amazon applies to its AppStore, but if what the International Game Developers Association Advisory (http://campaign.r20.constantcontact.com/render?llr=n7ile9dab&v=001YCG7_2nRMIqsn1llupvfEruMLCJZ9J3KvIjFKcItVBLpqYmhu3sFNSmuZwP-eiWQWX5Q2hyMnxkSnYPDsNQ1selB7sBXFTnzCL-ITIaAZ6U) ont the subject is anything to go by then it could potentially be quite a problem. Always read what you're about to sign. Period.
