Post by: kat on May 07, 2020, 05:35:22 PM

Duration: c. 1 hr 50 mins (01:50:00).

Description: learn some relatively advanced weight painting techniques to help clothing meshes deform and articulate better in IMVU. In this video (Live recorded Twitch stream (http://https:twitch.tv/katsbits), may include off-topic chat) a folded or pleated skirt, made using the Clothing Starter file (https://www.katsbits.com/codex/imvu-starter-files/), has to be properly weight painted before export in a way that deforms properly when the skeleton poses, especially when it sits. For newer versions of Blender (2.8 and above).
