Post by: kat on August 15, 2013, 02:16:20 PM
Njob is a stand-along normal map generator for Windows (http://charles.hollemeersch.net/njob/). Just drag an drop an image file (*.bmp, *.tga etc.) into the open application window and apply an appropriate filter property (adjustable). Once converted save as *.tga, *.bmp, *tif, which can then be further purposed in an image editing application.
