In other words, when selecting the option everything in a Scene, including those off-screen, are pulled into view regardless as to whether they are selected or not. To do this, in the 3D View access the <b>View<\/b> menu and select <b>Frame All<\/b> &#8211; <b>View \u00bb Frame All<\/b>. Alternatively press the <span class=\"shortcutkey\">Home<\/span> key.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>Design note<\/b>: typically used in Object Mode and Edit Mode, Frame All is available to the main interaction modes &#8211; <b>Sculpt Mode<\/b>, <b>Texture Paint<\/b>, <b>Vertex Paint<\/b> etc. &#8211; Frame All does not require object or element selections to function as its viewport (scene) based.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.katsbits.com\/images\/tutorials\/view-all\/frame-all.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.katsbits.com\/images\/tutorials\/view-all\/frame-all.jpg\" alt=\"View all is now Frame All in Blender 2.8\" width=\"900px\" height=\"500px\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<i>For Blender 2.8 <b>View All<\/b>, the feature that displays the entire contents of a scene, is now called <b>Frame All<\/b>. To use, in the 3D View select <b>View \u00bb Frame All<\/b> (or press <span class=\"shortcutkey\">Home<\/span>) &#8211; everything in the open scene will be pulled in to view.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.katsbits.com\/images\/tutorials\/view-all\/frame-all-edit-mode.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.katsbits.com\/images\/tutorials\/view-all\/frame-all-edit-mode.jpg\" alt=\"Frame All is available to all interaction modes\" width=\"900px\" height=\"500px\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<i>Frame All is also available to all the main Interaction Modes &#8211; <b>Object Mode<\/b>, <b>Edit Mode<\/b>, <b>Sculpt Mode<\/b>, <b>Vertex Paint<\/b> and <b>Texture Paint<\/b> &#8211; accessible from the <b>View<\/b> menu in the 3D View (mesh selection shown in Edit Mode whilst scene contents are entirely visible).<\/i><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"view-selected\"><\/span>View Selected<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>For Blender 2.8+ <b>View Selected<\/b> similarly still functions as before but is now referred to as <b>Frame Selected<\/b>. In other words, when used the selected object (<i>Object Mode et al<\/i>) or element\/s (<i>Edit Mode<\/i>) will be pulled into view and centred on-screen. To do this, in the 3D View make a selection and click the <b>View<\/b> menu, from the list of options select <b>Frame Selected<\/b> &#8211; <b>View \u00bb Frame Selected<\/b>.
