  "It has come to our attention that a high ranking official, General Hans von List, is overseeing work being carried out in a small mountain region, we need to know why.

  There are also unconfirmed reports of another lab being set up or is now in operation. With much correspondance between von List and this new facility we fear the worst, especially in light of the discoveries made by U.S. Army Ranger Blazkowicz, there are numerous references to 'a new weapon against the enemy', information they are keeping very close to their chests.

  It may be nothing, but your mission is to discover what the Germans are up to and if possible bring General von List back for questioning. Eliminate all other resistance."
